Skill Assessment Is used to identify the additional skills of the candidate . Group Discussion can evaluate a candidates communication skills, teamwork, problem solving abilities and leadership. Interview I s used to evaluate the candidate’s response, communication skills, problem solving skills. GAP Identification Assessing the current skills and experience of the candidate and comparing them to the skills required to achieve the career target. The program focussed on helping to identify the skills, passion and competence of the candidate and then fix a career target aligned to their career dreams.
