When children see their mothers succeed as business owners, they are more likely to follow in their foot- steps and become successful entrepreneurs themselves. As a result, this can reduce unemployment rates and contribute to a brighter future for our society. Even though men have traditionally dominated the business world, this diversity is evident across various cultures. Our research has revealed that more than 98% of business startups struggle to sustain themselves beyond three years. This situation can be attributed to a lack of expertise and a support system that specifi- cally caters to men, hindering the sustainability of their business organizations. Our programs are designed to address these challenges by offering tailored support to male entrepreneurs. We have developed a well-structured framework that includes the guidance and mentorship of experienced professionals who understand the unique dynamics and business environment in diverse cultural contexts. Our senior men- tors and partnering organizations provide invaluable assistance to ensure the growth and sustainability of startups led by men. The concept of a family business driven by a husband-wife partnership has several advantages that con- tribute to its success and sustainability. Firstly, the shared vision and values between the couple provide a strong foundation for decision-making and direction.
