This alarming trend can be attributed to a lack of significant initiatives from the business world to educate educators on their skill set requirements, and the education industry developing their programs without a comprehensive understanding of the actual needs of the business world. Furthermore, we have observed a reluctance among employees in the business world to proactively upgrade their skills in accordance with the evolving demands of the industry. This situation poses significant losses to organizations that contribute to the economic equation of society, thereby posing a major threat to the economic sustainability of governments and society at large.
