GLOBAL CAREER DEVELOPMENT CENTER Our research spanning decades has conclusively shown that the gap between the skill set instilled by the education industry and the actual skill set required by the business world is rapidly widening. This alarming trend can be attributed to a lack of significant initiatives from the business world to educate educators on their skill set requirements, and the education industry developing their programs without a comprehensive understanding of the actual needs of the business world. Furthermore, we have observed a reluctance among employees in the business world to proactively upgrade their skills in accordance with the evolving demands of the industry. This situation poses significant losses to organizations that contribute to the economic equation of society, thereby posing a major threat to the economic sustainability of governments and society at large. To address this critical issue and ensure an economically active life for every individual, the Integrated Career Development Center, developed and operated by IPIN Academy, emerges as a pioneering initiative of the Support Links Group. Its primary objective is to bridge the gap by facilitating constant upgrades of human skill sets in line with the dynamic changes in global technology, social dynamics, and business systems. Through this initiative, individuals can strive towards maintaining their competitiveness and adaptability in today's rapidly changing landscape.
